SHIPPING CHARGES

• UK shipping: 2-5 days from dispatch is £3, or free if you spend £50+
• International shipping: times and costs vary depending on your order value and location. Prices and delivery estimates are displayed at the checkout.

UK SHIPPING

We dispatch most UK orders via Royal Mail (larger orders may be sent via courier). Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders at certain times of year, such as Christmas, when we are on sale, or running a promotional offer.  Delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, so please allow up to 30 business days for your delivery to arrive. Please note we do not dispatch orders at the weekend or on national holidays as our warehouse is closed. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All international deliveries are sent via a standard tracked service using a variety of different postal services and couriers. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders at certain times of year, such as Christmas, when we are on sale, or running a promotional offer. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at the checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes international deliveries can be subject to delays that are outside of our control. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.
