RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchasing. (Faulty items must be reported upon receipt of the goods to qualify for a refund or exchange). Please note, we cannot refund orders that are still on their way to you, goods must be returned before a refund can be issued.
All items returned must be unworn, free from odor, and in their original condition. Worn/washed items cannot be returned, and we reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale, or that have not been received at our warehouse.
Please note, we do not offer a free returns service, and all returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a trackable service that provides proof of delivery. If we have not received your returns, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please allow 5 workings days from when you are notified of your refund until the money appears in your account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Please follow the steps below.
- Make sure the goods are unworn and in their original condition.
- Package up the goods and be sure to include a returns form inside. If you are unable to print, please include a hand written note with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Return the parcel to the address below. We recommend using a trackable service, please also ensure that the shipping company can deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: if you are returning items from outside the UK, please make sure you cover all shipping costs and taxes/duties. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the shipping company you used tries to charge us, and any charges we may incur will be deducted from your refund.
