Returns

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange (UK exchanges only) within 60 days of purchasing

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels, branding and marketing materials intact. Worn/washed items cannot be returned, and we reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale, or that have not been received at our warehouse. 

Please note, we do not offer a free returns service, and all returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a trackable service that provides proof of delivery. If we have not received your returns, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please allow 5 workings days from when you are notified of your refund until the money appears in your account. 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please follow the steps below. 

  1. Make sure the goods are unworn and in their original condition. 
  2. Package up the goods and be sure to include a returns form inside. If you are unable to print, please include a hand written note with your order number.
  3. Return the parcel to the address below. We recommend using a trackable service.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for non-UK returns; you are welcome to return items for a refund (please see our returns policy) but if you would like a different size for example you would need to place a separate order. Please also note, if you are returning items from outside the UK, please make sure you cover all shipping costs and taxes/duties. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the shipping company you used tries to charge us, and any charges we may incur will be deducted from your refund.
