RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please follow the steps below. 

  1. Make sure the goods are unworn and in their original condition. 
  2. Package up the goods and be sure to include a returns form inside. 
  3. Return the parcel to our warehouse (address below). It's best to use a trackable service. 

When returning any items to us please be sure to include a returns form inside the package so that we know your order number and what you would like us to do. You can print the returns form here, but if you are unable to print then please write your order number and refund/exchange details on a piece of paper and include it in the package. 

NON-UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can use our returns portal to send items back to us from outside of the UK, but please note that the cost will be deducted from your refund when we receive your returns. It might cheaper for you to return the goods via your local postal service or preferred method. When returning any items to us please be sure to include a returns form inside the package so that we know your order number. If you are unable to print then please write your order number on a piece of paper and include it in the package. **Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for non-uk returns; you are welcome to return items for a refund (please see our returns policy below) but if you would like a different size for example you would need to place a separate order due to the shipping costs.**

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing. 

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels, branding and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale. 

All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery. 

Please allow 5 workings days from when you are notified of your refund until the money appears in your account.
