DISPATCH

Our team are working hard to get your orders picked, packed and dispatched in the most hygienic and safest way possible. At the moment we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. However, please bear with us during these difficult times if things take a little longer. 

DELIVERY TIMES

When you check out you will be given a rough idea of how long delivery will take, but we are dependent on the various shipping companies that we work with to get your package to you as quickly as they can. Please note that once parcels have left our warehouse we are unable to speed up the delivery process. 

RETURNS

Due to staff shortages it is taking longer for us to process returns as our priority is focused on dispatching orders. We also recommend that you use a trackable service to send any goods back to us. Full returns details can be found here.
