Delivery & Returns
We dispatch most UK orders via Royal Mail (larger orders may be sent via courier). Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders at certain times of year, such as Christmas, when we are on sale, or running a promotional offer. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on the service used but on average it takes 2-5 days for delivery from when your order is dispatched. However! Sometimes deliveries can be slow due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, so please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. Please note we do not dispatch orders at the weekend as our warehouse is closed.
- UK standard delivery (2-5 days) is £2.50 or free if you spend £40+
- EU - delivery is £8
- Rest of world - delivery is £15 (Any customs or import charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are not controlled by us)
EU & NON EU DELIVERIES: We use a variety of different postal services and couriers to ship orders within the EU and to the rest of the world. We often use a standard mail service but it also depends on the size of the order. Tracking details are sometimes available on request but it also depends on the size of the order. In most cases deliveries outside the UK will arrive within 7 workings days, but in some cases it can take up to 30 days.
When returning any items to us please be sure to include a returns form inside the package so that we know your order number and what you would like us to do. You can print the returns form from the link below, if you are unable to print then please write your order number and refund/exchange details on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
Please print out and complete the Returns Form so that we can process your return more efficiently. If you are unable to print it out then please include a note inside the package detailing your original order number and what you would like us to do.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) for any reason you are entitled to return any or all of the items to us for a full refund or exchange.
All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels, branding and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale.
All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery.
Please allow 5 workings days from when you are notified of your refund until the money appears in your account.
