The music on our site is a combination of podcasts, mixtapes and individual tracks. All of it is produced or collated by people that are connected to Dephect in one way or another. From producer, rapper and DJ friends, to artists that we respect in the scene, and labels that we support, most of the music we help promote is independent and free to download. Enjoy.

DJ Getz has compiled and mixed a selection of tracks from south London Hip Hop label Revorg Records, home to Jack Diggs, Efeks and the TPS fam. The label is most known for producer/Mc Strange Neighbour's EP 'The Heisenberg EP' which features Bristol's Datkid & Sirplus as well as Oliver Sudden & Phoenix Da Icefire. This mix also features Crusader, Manage, eMCee Killa, Cracker John, Mystro, and DJ's Al Mighty & Sammy B Side.

Check the Revorg website for more info and releases.

'Cloudy Memories Beat Tape - Part 2' is a collection of Simiah's beats from 2010 to 2014. With a constant stream of new beat makers emerging all the time, Simiah always stands out from the crowd with his own distinct style, and in our opinion is one of the illest, most underrated artists on the scene. This mix is just a small slice of what's in store for the future as Simiah ensures us that there are some new projects surfacing soon.

Featuring special guest interview with Confucius MC and guest mix from GG Peney. Hosted by Mr Brown & @chris_headcount

'The Brakes' is a new mix by Pings and Jaysul, inspired by the likes of the Soulman, Mr. Thing, House Shoes and the legendary Kon & Amir mixtapes. It's compiled strictly from vinyl and features a ton of dope breaks and original samples from some all time classic Hip Hop tracks. This is one for all the crate diggers and beat makers out there.

May's Echo Base features a special guest mix from Hashfinger, playing tracks from his debut album 'Lessons' (available on wax soon from Headcount Records). There's also a dope 1994 mix from KingUnderground label owner DJ Pings, plus the usual selection of new joints spun by Echo Base founder and ill beat maker Mr Brown.
